Here is a fantastic opportunity to make a significant contribution to this progressive business’ long-term strategy. As a truly global FMCG Household and Personal Care business with a range of brand leading products, we have invested heavily in product development and as such have plans for significant growth. We are now looking to recruit a UK Shopper & Consumer Insights Manager to work closely with the sales, marketing and category teams to lead brand and category growth across Grocery and High Street multiples.

You will help to create and deliver category initiatives to influence shopper behaviour at the point of purchase. Through robust, insight driven strategies, you will deliver comprehensive breakthroughs in category and shopper led solutions to deliver improved in-store impact. In addition, you will conduct ad-hoc UK category and consumer studies to identify knowledge gaps using relevant research agencies. You will completely understand the customer and the UK market, to fully unlock the potential audience.

Ultimately we are looking for a talented individual to work closely with the UK business units and assume responsibility for maintaining and developing strong, progressive relationships with UK retailers. Working with passion and creativity you will manage a significant budget and a small team.

Of graduate calibre with the confidence and gravitas to influence at all levels both internally and externally. Your ability to understand the customer and create tailored category and shopper initiatives to deliver commercial success will set you aside from the rest.
