Territory Manager – Merchandiser – Sales Representative

Salary £18,000 -21,000 basic + bonus + car + benefits

With a portfolio of successful owned and international licensed ice cream brands our recent growth has been substantial.  To maintain this growth and build on our brand strength and advertising plans during the Olympics year we require a sales - merchandiser to join our field sales team. We are a fast moving and exciting business, which cares about quality, presentation and creativity.

You will manage a number of independent accounts and small groups. Negotiating to increase both volume and distribution by using transfer orders into our wholesale partners. Ensuring brands are effectively merchandised in food service and in leisure outlets using our large range of point of sale materials. Sell in both display volume and new lines. An ability to build relationships is important.

Ideal candidates will have a minimum of one year’s sales or merchandising experience, backed up with a structured approach to selling. You must possess a tenacious and positive attitude and have some knowledge of FMCG or food service. Experience of dealing with P&H depots and Hunts would be advantageous but not essential.
