Salary c. £40,000 Basic + Executive Car + £80k OTE + Health + Pension

They have invested heavily in developing innovative solutions to improve today’s workplace and as such have plans for significant sector growth particularly within the Flexible Benefits marketplace. The business is currently looking to appoint a talented Key Account Manager to compliment their Major Account team.

Currently a successful Key Account Management professional working within the business solutions arena (ideally with Flexible Benefits experience and/or Incentives, Loyalty and Motivation experience), you'll have significant success in managing client engagement strategies and be respected as a trusted advisor. With entrepreneurial flair and a passion for managing and developing sustainable relationships with accounts at both strategic and tactical level a ‘high touch’ approach will come as second nature to you.

Ultimately, we're looking for well trained, well structured, ambitious sales professionals who are able to not only demonstrate strong and effective planning, negotiation and commercial judgement but also have a solid understanding of solution sales.
