Salary £50-60,000 Basic + Executive Car + High bonus + Health + Pension

They have invested heavily in developing innovative solutions to improve today’s workplace and as such have plans for significant sector growth particularly within the Flexible Benefits marketplace. The business is currently looking to appoint a talented Head of Key Account Management to lead their Major Account team.

Currently a successful Sales Management professional working within the business solutions arena (ideally with Flexible Benefits experience and/or Incentives, Loyalty and Motivation experience), you'll have significant success in leading account management functions. With entrepreneurial flair and a passion managing often complex commercial objectives to successful conclusion, managing and developing sustainable relationships with accounts at both strategic and tactical level will come as second nature to you.

Ultimately, we're looking for well trained, well structured, ambitious sales management professionals who are able to not only demonstrate strong and effective planning, negotiation and commercial judgement but also have a solid understanding of solution sales.
